Since March 31, 2022, Google only allows payments via Google Pay in Zeyi (same for Apple).
However, it is still possible to pay with your preferred payment method ZeyiPay (Mobile Money, Moov, Orange Money, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard) on our website www.zeyi.uk .
If you have never accessed the customer portal on our website, simply create your access on the site in the following way:
• Click on ” create your account “.
• Then ” Create your Zeyi account ” and ” send verify code by SMS ” to receive your activation code by SMS
• Enter your code and create your password.
You can then access your account by clicking on “connection”.

Once your access is created, go to “my account” to recharge your credit with your usual payment method.
You can then connect using your SIM phone number and your password.
Then, you will be able to recharge your account with your usual payment methods by choosing “my account” in the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.
You can also add a Zeyi number and renew it on our site by clicking on “Zeyi numbers”.
Furthermore, recharging your account directly on the Zeyi website www.zeyi.co will allow you to save Google and Apple commissions (15% savings) and to transfer credit to your friends.

• Zeyi app provides additional mobile phone numbers. You can use for free and low-cost calls and messaging without the need for an extra SIM card.
• You need a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to use Zeyi.
• Zeyi to Zeyi online calls and messages are free and unlimited. Users can call and message for free are clearly highlighted in your app ‘Contacts’.

Yes. Zeyi requires a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to validate user details and to make and receive calls and send and receive SMS and chat messages.

No. All calls are reliant on the internet (Local Access and Callback use only a small data packet to set your calling number). We also require internet to validate your user details. Incoming calls and messages to your Zeyi numbers are routed over the internet.

You may need to turn on notifications.

• On an iOS device select your phone Settings > Zeyi >Notifications > Allow Notifications.
• Android devices vary but you may select your phone Settings > Sound & notifications > App Notifications > Zeyi > Toggle Block to ‘off’.

Yes. You can receive calls on your Zeyi numbers on any device. All inbound calls are routed from the caller over the internet to the Zeyi app, so you must have internet access to receive calls. You can set up voicemail for when you are not online or unavailable.

There are no connection fees or any other hidden costs. Calls are charged in 60 second blocks.

The app is free and you can call and message other Zeyi users for free. You can view call rates to non-Zeyi app users and Zeyi number costs in the app.

App-to-app calls are fully encrypted thereby safeguarding your personal information.
